Email address, business information shared during discovery calls, payment information processed by Stripe (we never see card numbers), and any documents you choose to share to scope an engagement.
To deliver the engagement you hired us for, send invoices, and follow up on active or recently completed work. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Engagement records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal purposes. You may request deletion of any non-financial records by emailing hello@ironwithinai.com.
By engaging Iron Within AI you agree that all deliverables — audit reports, implementation plans, custom builds — are scoped per engagement in writing before payment.
Audits and Plans are refundable in full if delivered late or off-scope. Builds are scoped after a free 20-minute call and refundable in full prior to development start; partial refunds available pro-rata thereafter.
You own all deliverables outright once paid in full. We retain the right to reference engagements in anonymized case studies unless you opt out in writing.
